What We Do
Eagle Natural Resources specializes in the acquisition and redevelopment of proven-producing vertical well fields. Our strategy is centered on 'exploitation,' not 'exploration.' We purchase existing assets with predictable production histories and enhance their output through targeted workovers and re-completions.
Our subsidiary, ENR Operating, LLC, is the bonded operator for all projects. This vertically integrated model gives us full control over field operations, from initial workover to ongoing production and revenue distribution, ensuring alignment with our investment partners.
Investors participate as General Partners in a Joint Venture, owning a direct, deeded working interest in the wells. This is not a fund; it is direct asset ownership that provides pass-through tax benefits and potential monthly revenue.
The Six Strategies
Eagle's CIM-verified approach to oil and gas investing.
Proven Production
We acquire fields with existing, producing wells. This is an exploitation model, not a speculative exploration (wildcatting) model.
Permian Basin Focus
All assets are located in the Permian Basin, the most active and prolific drilling region in the United States.
Diversification
The current offering includes interests in 421 wells across 35 distinct fields, spreading risk across a wide asset base.
Income + Tax Benefits
Engineered to provide monthly income potential alongside some of the most powerful tax deductions in the US code.
Operator Alignment
Eagle Natural Resources invests its own capital alongside our partners in every project, ensuring our interests are aligned.
Simplified Ownership
Investors receive a deeded Working Interest and an annual K-1, with ENR Operating managing all field operations.
