How You Get Paid

Enrollment coaches earn commission on every funded investment they close. Commission is calculated as a percentage of the total investment amount. As you close more deals, your commission rate increases and you unlock bonus tiers. All commissions and bonuses are paid together in one monthly payment.

Payment Details

When You Get Paid

  • Commission is paid monthly on the 15th of the following month (e.g., January commissions are paid February 15th)
  • All commissions and bonuses are included in one monthly payment
  • Payment is processed via Wise (wise.com)

What You Need

  • Completed W9 form on file
  • Wise account set up and details sent to accounting
  • Active CRM account with all deals properly logged
  • Compliance training completed and acknowledged

No Invoice = No Payment

You must submit a monthly invoice to receive your commission. All three of the following must be completed each month. Missing any one means payment will be held until resolved:

Deals Tracked in CRM

All closed deals must be properly logged with accurate deal amounts and investor details.

Commission Tracker Updated

Your personal commission tracker must reflect all deals closed for the month with correct amounts and rates.

Monthly Invoice Submitted

Submit your invoice by the last business day of the month to [email protected].

Setting Up Your Wise Account

Do this in your first week. Wise identity verification can take 1 to 3 business days. If you wait until the end of the month, you could miss your first payment.

Go to wise.com and create a free account

Verify Identity

Complete identity verification (you will need a government-issued ID)

Get Account Details

Get your Wise account details (bank info for receiving payments)

Send to Accounting

Email your Wise account details to [email protected] so they can set you up as a payee

How to Submit Your Monthly Invoice

At the end of each month, submit an invoice to receive your commission payment. Your invoice must match what is in the CRM and on your commission tracker. If the numbers do not line up, payment will be held until discrepancies are resolved.
